3rd annual Hol-ODD-Day hop at Some Odd Girl!

it's TIME!

our Hol-ODD-Day hop kicks off NOW, and i'm so glad you're here! 

We Odd Girls have joined together for a fun event for EVERYONE - not just because you get to hop, but because you get to PARTICIPATE and share your own holiday creations. So glad you've joined us for our 3rd annual Hol-ODD-Day Hop!

We mixed things up a bit to bring you a nice variety of holiday projects that we hope will inspire you. You can comment on all of the blogs, participate by linking your own below (to be eligible to win, be sure you link to us in your post), and comment throughout the event on other people's links as well! And there will be PRESENTS! The hop goes from now through Friday, December 12th, and we'll be announcing 3 winners next Wednesday, December 17th, so you have plenty of time to comment between now and then! Our Hol-ODD-Day Hop link party will close at midnight on Friday the 12th.

i created a little wedge box/ornament using the gorgeous Bright Lights Kaylee digi stamp (she'll always be one of my faves!):

the box will be filled with candies (probably Ferrero Rocher) and hung up, either from our mantle or on a tree that has yet to be put up...  these boxes are SO easy to make, and a couple of little punched holes to tie them together, and presto!  instant gift!  (yep, a gift card will also fit inside!)

i also used the green arrow paper from the Sunshine Sorbet paper pad, as well as some Sorbet Sequins and Hexie Dots all blinged out.

IT'S TIME!  :)  i LOVE this time of year.  the Odd Girls are throwin' it on down!  

WELCOME to our Hol-ODD-Day Hop!  ‘Tis the season for the Odd Girls to get their craft on, and whip up some fun things just in time for the holidays!   Some Odd Girl is very happy to bring you our annual…

This year, we are VERY happy to bring you some of our gift and decor ideas that we hope will inspire you as we all head into the home stretch!  Today, we HOP!  All you have to do is visit all of the blogs below and leave some love at each stop.

There are some random thingies to be won here and there, but I can’t tell you exactly where!  You might also notice that we have a guest crafter or two  joining us this week! (One joins us today – YAY! – and another may pop up during the week and we’ll give you an extra chance to win!)

I have gotten all boxy and stuff lately, and decided to make a little pillow box for giftin'.  Not only does it hold things, so I can put a thin scarf or some gloves or maybe a wallet or something for hubbin, but the box is extra-keepable and super cute to boot!  I also went NON-Christmassy, just because I'm rebellious like that, and used the Feathered Friends digi  for my image.  Look!

Ermah, they're cute, no?  I used a sheet of the new Crate Paper "Bundled Up" line , along with some Glitz Design stickers and ephemera, and threw in some word stickers from Tim for good measure.  Don't these two look all cute and snuggly?  Well I thought that might be a good way to bring about some Christmas noodlin'!

And all coloured up with my Prismacolor pencils...  I still love them and spent a LOT of time in the last week colouring with 'em, so you may see a bunch more pencil projects coming to this space!  :)
