a quickie!

crazy busy over here! i was a fiendish crafter on saturday, hanging with the lovely Miss Adina - had a FAB time making cards and gearing up for August at If The Shoe Fits... Scrap It! i absolutely LOVE being a member of this Design Team, and the girls are just wonderful, and HORRIBLY inspiring! July has been fun so far, and August holds tons of sweet surprises and challenges... hope you'll join us there!

in fact, if you'd like to have your art featured on our blog, we have an ongoing application for Guest Design Team members, and we'd love to see what you've got! CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS! you might be our September Guest Designer!

are you familiar with the Greeting Farm stamps? they are SO cute, and Fran has some of these up for grabs, plus some other AMAZING blog candy! closes July 21, so hurry!

some tasty birthday candy up for grabs here! stop by and visit Kirsten and wish her many happy returns, and you might win some Gorjuss Girls! *drool* (ends July 31)

annnnd, visit Trak's blog for a rather UNUSUAL shot at some candy! you have until July 23rd to come up with a great idea!

okay, so i whipped out a very quick one for Whimsy Stamps Challenges - their theme for this challenge is Christmas in July. i have seen a lot of this around, and lemme tell ya, i'm rather enjoying our summer thus far, and am not looking forward to the chaos of the holidays! at any rate, i used my favourite holiday stamp set for this, from Rubber Soul/Clearly Wordsworth. here's my card:

i love to colour these carollers, and they make regular appearances on my Chrimbo cards! :)

hope you all had a wonderful weekend, and stay tuned for blog candy! OH, and do visit us at The Shoe Ning for LOADS of awesome challenges, with nifty prizes! you'll see a lot of the same faces from our blog, and we always have something going on!

ciao!
