SPCC and The Pink Elephant

VERY quick post, as i am off to our gig and kids' crafties!

here's the card (using a Dustin Pike digital image, slightly altered for the balloon):

and for the Pink Elephant challenge #24, which is to use something with dots, tag, and punch. the two scalloped circles are punched.
