Sneakin' Peeks, ALL WEEK, at Some Odd Girl!

woot!

i'm in LOVE.

Some Odd Girl does it again! i'm seriously in LOVE with these brand new holiday stamps (these are clear stamps, not digis, but there's another digi release coming soon, too!). they stamp so nicely, there are fun accessory and sentiment accompaniments, and, as always, the images are a DREAM to colour. so it was no surprise when i almost couldn't stop myself from colouring up DOZENS of my new girl, Tree Trimmin Kaylee - and the ornaments are awesome for paper piecing!

so yeah, i'm sharing my sneak today of what could quickly become one of my all-time fave SOGgies, and you REALLY ought to skootch over to the Some Odd Girl challenge blog to see what the rest of the Odd Girls have done! this set's a beauty!

check out my homegirl, Tree Trimmin Kaylee:

i have been playing around with those fun, non-traditional Christmas colours - isn't this Cosmo Cricket paper fabulous?!

and here's m'girl, in all her glory:

aren't those little bells on her socks and hairband ADORABLE?!
and i'm tellin' ya, paper piecing with this set is a BREEZE and the effect is fantastic.
LOOK!

the heavy black lines make it easy to trim the shapes - i can see myself making a hundred of these cards with different borders and patterned papers for gift sets. LOVE THAT!

so here's the whole set - it's a 2" x 3" clear set with a bazillion possible combinations!

yeah. so now you can see why i'm so excited about this new batch - the stamps are SOOOOO much fun, and you can PRE-ORDER them now through Friday and save $1 off each set! SWEET DEAL! we'll have a last special sneak for you on Friday and the stamps will all be available at SomeOddGirl.com on Monday for your holiday craftin' pleasure! :)

in the meantime, HERE is where you'll wanna go to see lots of gorgeousness from the Odd Girls using this lovely new Kaylee. say hello, tell us what you think, and keep visiting all week for the rest of the sneaks! (there's also still lots of time left to enter our current Some Odd Girl challenge, so click HERE if you wanna play for a chance to win!)

for my Kaylee card, i happily played along with challenges at:
Sketch & Stash - i used Sketch #67:
(my new stash: stamps. neglected: ricrac and the tag - i've had them for more than three years!)

CraftyCatz - they're looking for RIBBON (i used three different kinds)
Crafty Creations - they want anything but a SQUARE!

and for my Ornaments card, i joined in the fun at:
PaperPlay Challenges - they want 2 or more stamped images
(i repeated the 2 ornaments, plus the stamped sentiment)

and that's all she wrote, until tomorrow!
(i'll be back with another HOT sneak!)
