happy birds and skipping stones!

okay... visited the lovely Jingle's blog, saw her fabby card, saw the sketch, HAD to play. just bought this ADORABLE little stamp set and it was perfect. the flower accent, however, was a happy little surprise.

so here's the card i made:

and check the flower:


i used one of the yummy Petaloo CANDIES from the Make it Crafty store, pulled the gem from the middle and replaced it with a Prima Pebble, and stuck some twine between the two.

lots of stuff to do today, finished my homework, am colouring like a fiend, and hoping to get lots of DT stuff out of the way so i'm on TOP of things this week! hope you've all had a WONDERFUL weekend!
