wooo hoooo! i can't believe i've been a Charisma Gal for 16 months already! i was there to celebrate Charisma's 2nd birthday, and now we are whoopin' it up for NUMBER 3!

i'm SO out of the loop, because last week, my phone line started acting up, and as a result, my internet has been DOWN DOWN DOWN, not making for a very happy Orange Girl! but the dude from Verizon came this morning and replaced our line, and i hope this means lots of blissful, uninterrupted service for months to come! (i say months, because we're hoping to MOVE this year!)

all week, we're showing you what the Odd Girls have done with these adorable new digis, and i am THRILLED with the whole stinkin' release. i think i made all of my cards in one evening, i was really THAT excited about playing!!

i paired them up with the sentiment and arrow from the Crushin' Gwen clear stamp set, some simple layering, some gorje laser-cut corners from Make it Crafty, and voila!

ooohhhh, BLING ME, BABY! new Some Odd Girl challenge!

morning! time for our very first Some Odd Girl challenge of the year, and we know you're going to jump into this one! anyone like BLING?

yep yep! this time around, our challenge is ALL about the BLING!

show us at least two different KINDS of bling on your project! not just two different colours of gems, for example, but perhaps gems and pearls, or glitter embossing and foiled paper - see where i'm going with this? i, for one, am a huge fan of the bling, and i often feel like my projects are incomplete if they're missing a gem or two.

this card is about as CAS as a Leah like me gets! LOVE the In Stitches Tia set, and i combined two of the sentiment stamps - a few gems, and i stickled up the thread, and Bob's my uncle! ;) with a CAS card like this, the bling packs a mean punch, dontcha think?
