Design Dollies' first NOVEMBER Elements challenge with prizes!

SECOND POST TODAY! PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR THE HUMBLE PIE BLOP! :)

ahoy-hoy! yesterday i posted our first COLOURS challenge at Design Dollies, and the winner for our October challenges!

and TODAY.... we announced the winner of October's second category, the ELEMENTS challenges! congratulations to the lovely KarenB! :) she did such amazing work with our challenges, and i'm thinking that Mr. Randomizer must have recognized this fact as well.

so now, we bring you our first ELEMENTS challenge for the month of November, hosted by the very fabulous Adina-Dollie. here's the prize for which our players will be competing this month:

i, personally, am DYING to try that new Rock Candy yum from Tim Holtz. and those stamps are too stinkin' cute!

so our first challenge is to use RIBBONS AND LACE on your project. any format, any theme, but BOTH ribbon and lace must be plainly visible - and if you do something creative with it, you earn brownie points! ;)

here's what i did, using the super cute Chrysanthemum Fairy stamp i got from The Town Scrapper:

isn't she adorable? i had to resist the urge to get all blingy and busy, because the paper features the chorus from the christmas carol, "we three kings", and i didn't want to cover it all up. whatcha think?

come on over to see what the other Dollies have done, and to play along! don't forget, you can choose to combine this challenge with my Colours Challenge for this week for a chance at BOTH prizes, or you can wait until the next Sketch Challenge is revealed on thursday to combine all three! SEE YOU THERE! :)
