new TAG challenge at Charisma! and do YOU want to be a Charisma Gal?!

woot!  it's CHALLENGE TIME again at Charisma (yeah, i know, we do it every week, it's not exactly a surprise) - and it's Team Carly hittin' you up good with some inspiration!  this week, we want to see TAGS - either AS your project, or ON your project (we're not picky!)...  our sponsors this week?  well my image comes from one of 'em!  check it out!
